- Tour plan :

In the morning, our driver will take you to your accommodation. Departure from Fes around 08:00, traveling towards Merzouga. We drive towards a place called Ifrane, passing through a village called Imouzzer. Ifrane is special because it is very cold, snowy, and has houses that resemble those in the mountains of Switzerland. Next, we drive to a forest where monkeys called Barbary macaques live. You can feed them and walk through the forest. Afterwards, we go to a village called Midelt, where we have some free time for lunch. Then, we drive towards another desert of Merzouga through a pass and along a valley with stops to see nice views. In the afternoon, we reach the Sahara Desert in Merzouga. Here, we ride camels and drive through the sandy desert. We stop on a high sand hill to watch the sunset. Finally, we go to a camp, which is a mix of nomadic tents and a chic hotel. There, you can listen to Berber drum music, dance around a campfire and admire the stars in the wide open sky. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Start your day by setting an early alarm, giving you the chance to witness a breathtaking and magnificent sunrise. After breakfast, you ride your camel back to Merzouga. Next, we drive to Rissani, the historical foundation of the current ruling family. It is still an important place for trade and has a large market that is busy on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Next, we visit a workshop where they make things from fossilized marble in Erfoud. Then, we drive across the Ziz River and stop for a panoramic view of this valley. The journey continues, passing through the cedar forest and Ifrane, concluding in Fes. Your tour ends when we drop you off at the airport or your accommodation. End of tour.
