Day 1: Marrakech – Great Atlas – Dades

Upon arrival in the beautiful city of Marrakech, the Moroccotrips.net team will pick you up at the airport or at your riad/hotel. We will begin a journey heading south from Ouarzazate towards the port of Tizi N'Tichka.

Along the way, you will discover a world of oases and palm groves, numerous kasbahs and a landscape worthy of admiration. At the end of the route, the driver will take you to a hotel where you will enjoy an authentic dinner from the country in the Dades Valley.

Day 2: Dades – Toda Gorges – Merzouga

When you wake up, you will be treated to a breakfast with a variety of sweets and a delicious mint tea.

We will embark on the journey to the Todra Gorges, and you will see the surrounding Berber villages, their nomadic life and their people.

We will continue along the well-known tar road and cross the magnificent palm grove of Tinghir (photographs worth sharing) before reaching the city of Erfoud.

We will follow the path towards the desert and, finally, you will touch the soft orange sand that binds any human being to the idea of returning to the desert.

We will embark on a camel ride through the magnificent dunes until we reach the Haimas camp, which will be fully equipped to enjoy a pleasant night under the blanket of stars and the particular silence of the desert. The guides who will accompany you will prepare a typical dish for you and will sweeten your ears with some desert music, to the sound of drums.

Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Ouarzazate

The sun is about to rise, and you cannot miss this great spectacle among the dunes of the Moroccan Sahara. A spectacle worthy of photographing, you will not be able to resist. You will have breakfast and continue on to Rissani. We will walk through what is known as the most authentic and traditional souk in Morocco, where you can see all kinds of artisanal products, flavors, perfumes, food and animals. You will enjoy the culture of this wonderful country more closely. Later, we will continue towards Ouarzazate, and on the way you will be able to admire the beauty of the Draa Valley, with its characteristic emerald color, its thousands of date palms and its more than 100 km between Ouarzazate and the gates of the Desert. Photographically speaking, you cannot miss this landscape!

Day 4: Ouarzazte – Ait benhaddou Telouat – Marrakech

After a delicious breakfast with pastries and the famous Moroccan tea, we will visit the fabulous Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, famous for being the setting for many films such as "Babel", "Lawrence of Arabia", "Gladiator", "The Mummy" or "Alexander the Great". Along the way you will enjoy desert landscapes and formations built in adobe, typical of the area. Later, we will head to another of the best preserved kasbahs in the country, Telouet, where you will be amazed by so much beauty. Return on the same road from Marrakech, contemplating along the way the magnificent mountains and their villages inhabited by authentic Berbers. Arrival in Marrakech.
