What we collect and why
- Contact form: name, email, phone (if you give it), dates, number of travellers, starting city and your message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you book, to organise your trip.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: whatever you tell us, for the same purpose. WhatsApp has its own privacy policy.
The legal basis is your consent (the box on the form) and, if you book, preparing the trip you ask us for.
Cookies and statistics
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools. If we add visitor statistics in the future, we will say so here and ask for your permission where required.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to reply to you and, if you travel with us, to manage your trip and meet our legal obligations. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@moroccotrips.net. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country; in Morocco, the CNDP (Law 09-08).
